Citi, a major global financial institution with over 200,000 employees, faced a fragmented and frustrating learning experience due to its numerous learning systems and content libraries. The solution implemented by Degreed provided a unified platform that became the main learning interface for all employees. This consolidation delivered financial benefits and a significantly improved admin experience through better governance. Results were rapid, with the number of unique content sources used jumping from 900 to 1,400 within eight weeks of launch, largely driven by mobile accessibility. Over 50,000 employees logged in, generating nearly 100,000 completions, with a substantial amount from non-traditional content.
