CaroMont Health, a regional healthcare provider, needed a replacement for its sunsetted eWorks automation platform. The team was looking for a solution that could recreate its existing processes while supporting broader automation across operations, with secure integration into systems like Compliance 360. Decisions was selected as the vendor, offering an Intelligent Process Automation platform with a rules engine, workflow manager, and integration capabilities.

Using Decisions, CaroMont rebuilt 34 legacy workflows and went on to independently develop 11 additional processes. The platform centralized documentation and approvals, eliminated extraneous spreadsheets, and automated tasks such as provider payment contracts, budget requests, contract renewals, and compliance checklists. As a result, Decisions helped CaroMont streamline operations, reduce manual errors, and free clinical staff to focus more time on patient care.
