The bank needed to integrate the process with the mandatory national Integrated Financial System (IFS), combine automated and manual steps, and ensure all electronic and printed forms met legal requirements. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Decisions and utilized the ProcessMaker platform.

The solution from Decisions involved a joint professional services engagement to model and implement the entire loan process within ProcessMaker. This included creating secure web services connections to the IFS, designing compliant electronic forms, and building modules for application, analysis, approval, and disbursement. The implementation provided the bank with accurate reporting and automatic alerts, resulting in a faster, better-controlled credit process and an improved customer experience.
