Swope Nissan wanted to speed up and simplify the car‑buying journey while preserving a consultative, personal sales approach. To do that they partnered with Dealertrack and other Cox Automotive solutions, using Dealertrack DMS, Dealertrack Showroom Solutions, Dealertrack F&I Compliance, eMenu (including eMenu for iPad®) and Dealertrack eContracting to reduce idle time, streamline online‑to‑in‑store handoffs, improve data accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Dealertrack tied lead data, sales and F&I workflows together via OpenTrack integrations and prefilled data flows, while eMenu for iPad® and eContracting modernized F&I presentation and contracting. The results: Dealertrack’s eMenu drove an average 18% increase in F&I product penetration (paint protection rose to 36% of deals versus 18% without), faster funding and reduced monthly contract delivery expenses through eContracting, and more efficient, compliant deal processing thanks to Dealertrack’s DMS and compliance tools.
