Straub Automotive, a West Virginia dealer group that operates four stores and sells about 3,000 vehicles a year, was looking to speed up and modernize its finance & insurance (F&I) process. Dealertrack implemented eMenu for iPad in September 2015 and Straub made it mandatory across the business. The iPad-driven, survey-enabled workflow gave sales and F&I staff real-time customer insights, captured electronic signatures for compliance, and accelerated the F&I process. As a result Dealertrack’s solution boosted product penetration and upsell rates, delivered an average $150 additional profit per deal on GAP insurance and a 60% rate on appearance protection packages, and improved overall customer experience and audit protection.
