Liechty Automotive Group, a 7-rooftop dealer group operating in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and Michigan, needed a better way to improve cash flow, customer convenience, and compliance across its growing operations. Using Dealertrack solutions, including Digital Contracting, Accelerated Title, Remote Signing, and F&I Compliance, the group aimed to speed up financing, simplify signing, and get trade-in titles released faster.
Dealertrack helped Liechty Automotive Group streamline deal processing and reduce manual rework by ensuring contracts were balanced before submission and by integrating systems to cut down on re-keying. Results included funding in about 24 hours instead of 5–7 days, title payoff and release in about 7 days or faster instead of 30+ days for some lenders, and about 200 deals per month versus 170 previously, a 15% increase in capacity.
