Van Horn Automotive Group, a family-owned dealer network selling roughly 1,000 retail vehicles a month across nine Wisconsin locations, needed modern, easy-to-use technology and real-time data to improve organizational efficiency without a lengthy contract. Dealertrack implemented the Dealertrack DMS (live since 2003), centralizing accounting across all nine stores, providing real-time, drill-down data access, and minimal training with dedicated support (including 30 days of team support pre-implementation). As a result, Dealertrack helped Van Horn save time and cut costs equivalent to two full-time positions, enabled quick spotting of data errors, and achieved 100% departmental buy-in.
