A DealerSocket Case Study
Zanchin Automotive Group, a large dealership group with more than 30 stores across Ontario, Canada, needed better visibility into performance across rooftops and a way to identify missed opportunities in its BDC. Angie Terzic, the group’s BDC Director, wanted tools that would help her track what was happening, what wasn’t, and how each store was performing in a fast-changing market. DealerSocket’s CRM and mobile app, including SocketTalk, were used to support that effort.
DealerSocket’s new CRM mobile app gave Zanchin a simple, easy-to-adopt way to manage leads, text and email customers, scan VINs and driver’s licenses, and reassign unworked leads on the go. The result was faster processes and stronger responsiveness, including internet lead response times of 5 to 10 minutes at stores using the app. Angie also said she no longer needed to carry her laptop home because everything she needed was on her phone, and after-hours email leads were being entered so easily that the process essentially created itself.
