Napleton Nissan partnered with DealerSocket to address a need for a creative, easy-to-use training solution that could improve the skills of its sales, customer service, BDC, management, and service teams. The dealership wanted training content that was engaging, practical, and simple for staff to complete around busy schedules.

DealerSocket’s CarMind online training program provided sitcom-style weekly courses that Napleton Nissan’s managers and sales staff reviewed together and applied on the floor. Over a 61-day period, with 4,867 users and 3,021 responses, 82% of participants reported selling more cars and/or making more money within a week of taking a course, with the dealership seeing gains in units and gross along with improved confidence, morale, and overall team performance.
