Freedom Kia of West Virginia needed a safe, convenient and fast car‑buying experience during the peak pandemic months. To meet that challenge, Freedom Kia turned to DealerSocket and adopted DealerSocket’s eDEAL solution (including Remote eDEAL/eDEAL Signature Capture) to enable remote electronic signing and a contactless sales process.

DealerSocket implemented remote signing workflows that email F&I documents to customers for guided e-signature, bundle final documents for delivery, and store signed forms in each deal’s history. The result: Freedom Kia reports faster sales cycles and no need for physical storage, now using eDEAL for 100% of deals, and DealerSocket’s eDEAL has helped close more than 12,000 remote deals since its release.
