Destination Auto Group, which operates Destination Honda and Destination Toyota in Burnaby, B.C., needed to improve appointment confirmations, show rates and overall customer engagement. They implemented DealerSocket’s CRM and its SocketTalk texting tool, including the new automated sales appointment confirmation feature, to modernize communications and streamline follow-ups.
DealerSocket rolled out automated confirmation texts and CRM automation, plus 360-degree customer visibility, improving engagement and efficiency. Within two months Destination Honda’s show rate rose to an average 78% and texts received increased 142%; Destination Toyota’s confirmation rate jumped from 35% (three months prior) to 61% (two months after) and its show rate climbed to 75%. DealerSocket’s customizable CRM also helped the group better manage interactions and boost sales-team productivity.
