EPSON Workforce Pro Printer Awareness Increases 71%

Epson partnered with DataXu to increase awareness of its WorkForce Pro printer during its peak selling season. The challenge was to engage a highly targeted mix of professional and consumer audiences and to both achieve a measurable lift in awareness across defined segments and sustain that heightened awareness throughout the mid-fall to late-winter period.

Using the DataXu platform, Epson ran a five-month video campaign measured with a test-and-control survey methodology. The campaign combined behavioral, B2B and demographic targeting, audience discovery, first- and third-party data, and DataXu Super Retargeting™, delivering and sustaining a 71% lift in awareness among high-value customer segments versus the unexposed panel.
