One Acre Fund, a farming non-profit serving smallholder farmers across Africa, needed to hire more locally to build stronger customer relationships and improve candidate quality. As a result, the organization doubled its average job score, and its on-market roles attracted 30% more applicants overall, 40% more qualified applicants, and more female applicants, while also shortening time-to-fill and reducing no-hire searches.
