Mental Health Partners (MHP), a non-profit community health center, faced challenges in attracting qualified and diverse candidates in a tight job market. They needed to modernize their recruitment to meet job seekers' demands for a more human, holistic, and inclusive work experience. To address this, MHP turned to the vendor Datapeople and its platform to refine their employer brand and improve key recruiting metrics.
Using the Datapeople platform to analyze and rewrite job ads, MHP incorporated more inclusive language and leveraged data-driven templates. This solution from Datapeople led to significant results: time to fill dropped from 30-45 days to about 20 days, time to hire decreased significantly, and the organization saw a 2.5% increase in hires from underrepresented groups and a 2% increase in Black and Latinx applicants.
