Showpad, a sales enablement platform founded in 2011, was struggling to manage account assignment and reporting because of messy or missing hierarchy data. To improve SDR performance and determine which territory each account belonged to, Showpad turned to DataFox for accurate account hierarchy data and CRM enrichment.
DataFox upgraded Showpad’s CRM data by automatically enriching and matching accounts, linking parent and subsidiary relationships, and cleansing missing hierarchy records. As a result, Showpad created a source of truth for account relationships, identified 2,057 new parent-child relationships and 832 missing parent accounts, and enriched 33,574 accounts—helping reps avoid wasted effort and work more equitable, productive territories.
