Coca-Cola FEMSA enjoys more uptime with DrivePro® Services

Coca-Cola FEMSA, a major global bottler of Coca-Cola products, faced the challenge of maintaining high productivity and energy efficiency at its LEED-certified Maringá plant. They needed to ensure their bottling lines operated at full capacity without unplanned downtime, which required efficient preventive maintenance, constant technical support, and swift troubleshooting for their 450 Danfoss VLT® drives.

Danfoss, through its authorized partner EPS Service, implemented its DrivePro® Life Cycle Services program. The solution included regular preventive maintenance, on-site technical support with a rapid 20-minute response time, and technician training. This partnership provided Coca-Cola FEMSA with greater reliability, a 16.2% reduction in energy consumption for industrial processes, and an estimated annual energy savings of 5,400,000 kWh, all while eliminating production stoppages related to the drives.
