Adecco, a large staffing firm with roughly 80,000 U.S. employees and 600 branches, needed a trustworthy, compliant and easy-to-implement on-demand pay solution to help recruit and retain workers. DailyPay’s 24/7 access to pay balances reduced missed punches and payroll inquiries, helped lower absenteeism, improved NPS, and produced measurable retention gains—turnover of 36% for non‑DailyPay users versus 22% for DailyPay users.
