Phoenix Senior Living, a Roswell, Georgia–based senior living provider with nearly 35 locations and about 1,600 employees, needed a way to offer on‑demand pay without adding extra work to their already stretched payroll team. After other vendors required Phoenix Senior Living to act as a middleman and add payroll steps, they switched to DailyPay to provide on‑demand pay that wouldn’t increase internal workload.

DailyPay integrated quickly through the ADP Marketplace connector for ADP Workforce Now/ADP Essential Time, requiring no extra work from Phoenix Senior Living. In six months more than half the workforce enrolled, averaging $50,000 in transactions per pay period, and enrolled employees stayed 78% longer than non‑users (Feb–Jun 2021); the program also helped staff avoid predatory alternatives and improved financial stability at no cost to the company.
