MaidPay (the MaidPay program for The Maids International) faced extreme turnover common to the cleaning industry and needed a way to retain and better support frontline workers. To address this, MaidPay partnered with DailyPay to give employees early access to earned wages as a strategic hiring and retention benefit.
DailyPay integrated with The Maids’ Paylocity system with no payroll changes and helped launch MaidPay-branded communications and rollout events. The result: 52% of eligible employees are using DailyPay (accessing funds 1.3x/week on average), only one DailyPay user has left for personal reasons, about two franchises adopt the program each week, and an estimated 3,000 employees will be active users in six months — demonstrating DailyPay’s measurable impact on retention and recruiting.
