Arbor Lodging, a Chicago-based hotel investment and management company with about 1,000 employees across 18 properties, was facing retention and “paycheck anxiety” among hourly staff and needed a low-cost, differentiating benefit. The DailyPay solution reduced payday stress, helped employees avoid late fees and predatory loans, and provided a practical budgeting tool that management and the CEO endorsed as a retention-focused, measurable improvement for Arbor Lodging.
