Care Indeed Lessens the Financial Burden Their Employees Face

Care Indeed, a senior care provider with six Bay Area locations and just under 300 employees, faced financial stress among its hourly and part-time workforce in a region where cost of living is 62.6% higher than the U.S. average. Employees voiced concerns about covering unexpected expenses between paychecks, so Care Indeed partnered with DailyPay to offer flexible, on-demand access to earned wages.

DailyPay integrated with Care Indeed’s payroll and timekeeping systems, was simple to roll out, and provides weekly participation reports. Since launch, $59,338 has been transferred through DailyPay, about 1 in 5 employees are participating among active users, and roughly 17% of active users opt for automatic payments after every shift. Care Indeed reports reduced employee stress, fewer late/overdraft fees, and improved financial wellness thanks to DailyPay.
