Using Cvent’s Event Marketing and Management platform along with the TalkPoint integration, the team needed to update registration, manage attendee access, and launch webcast communications in just days while keeping the experience seamless for existing registrants.
Cvent enabled the company to repurpose existing registrations, send automated reminder and follow-up emails, and centralize all data in one platform. The result was 300 additional registrations in one week, more than 200 attendees for the virtual event, nearly 3x the expected attendance, and a template that now allows webinar registration pages to be built in about one hour, supporting six new webinars and 2,000 registered clients.
