Villa Kennedy, a Rocco Forte Hotel in Frankfurt, is a 163-room luxury villa positioned for both business and leisure guests and hosting events up to 300 people. Facing limited global visibility and a less interactive group-business strategy—relying mainly on MICE magazine ads—the hotel needed a more attractive, international-facing way to showcase its venues, increase conversions, and deliver tailored proposals to build loyal clientele.

In 2013 Villa Kennedy partnered with Cvent, using its advertising platform, Supplier Network, Reporting and a Diamond listing to upload rich imagery, target international buyers and customize offers. The strategy drove a 52% increase in RFPs, 51% growth in room nights and a 64% rise in RFP value, outperforming the Frankfurt market (RFPs +14%, room nights +19%) and winning long-run repeat business.
