The rollout boosted productivity with fewer staff, drove planner satisfaction and measurable results: 75% of properties achieved a 90%+ response rate in 2022, over 1,100 diagrams were created, and Passkey generated roughly $150K in incremental revenue at the Boca Raton Marriott in H1 2022.
