The hospitality group leverages Cvent technology to attract international clients and grow into new markets

H World International, a well-established German hospitality group expanding beyond Central Europe into new European, Middle Eastern and Chinese markets, needed to build brand awareness and new client relationships from scratch. The team also faced shifting planner expectations, staffing pressures and a move to online sourcing that required faster, data-driven sales workflows and consistent, high-touch service across new destinations.

To solve this, H World used Cvent’s Supplier Network, Diamond advertising and productivity tools—listing 126 hotels on the platform—to broaden reach and streamline responses. The results were strong: a 186% increase in RFPs through Cvent in 2022, a 19.2% market share (up more than 6% year-over-year), 95 new planners sourced, a 94% response rate and an average response time under 17 hours.
