YPO is a global leadership community of 30,000 chief executives across 142+ countries that runs more than 6,000 events each year. When the COVID‑19 pandemic halted in‑person gatherings in 2020, YPO faced a major threat to member value and renewals and needed to rapidly virtualize while fixing technical debt — including manual event directories, legacy registration sites, and third‑party survey and attendance workflows.

YPO implemented Cvent’s integrated solutions — Attendee Hub, the mobile app, Zoom API, standardized registration (Flex), and Salesforce integration — to deliver live, simulive and on‑demand content, automate attendance and surveys, and personalize recommendations. The platform enabled seamless delivery (managing 300,000+ registrations and a 5,000‑person virtual Chairman series keynote), significantly increased registrants and attendance, and eliminated labor‑intensive manual processes so teams could update and scale the event ecosystem faster.
