Bayer, one of the world’s largest life sciences companies, needed a more unified way to manage its global events program across more than 100 countries. Before working with Cvent, Bayer’s event process was fragmented, making it difficult to report on costs and outcomes, standardize workflows, and get clear visibility into attendee behavior and budget efficiency.

Cvent helped Bayer build a global event management system with local workflow flexibility, using modules for registration, attendee management, budgets, surveys, and virtual events, plus integrations with Veeva CRM. As a result, Bayer now manages 30,000+ event requests a year, has expanded Cvent to 80 countries and supports over 100, improved data quality by up to 30%, and increased CRM system-created requests by 109%; hybrid events have also boosted attendance by up to 50%.
