Siemens faced the challenge of converting its annual Americas Solution Partner Conference to a fully virtual event in under seven weeks while preserving live interaction, multilingual needs, concurrent sessions, an awards ceremony, and centralized data for 800+ registrants and 120 presenters. The solution enabled live and pre-recorded streaming, speaker training, automated recording and reporting, and targeted multilingual access. Results included a 2x increase in registrations, an 83% attendance rate, $400K in cost savings compared with prior in-person events, 88% overall satisfaction, and extended on-demand access to content for 90 days—delivering strong engagement metrics and consolidated ROI reporting.
