The National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA) is a nationwide nonprofit network of safety-net dental providers whose annual conference delivers continuing education and networking for professionals and vendors. Running the event with a staff of seven, NNOHA struggled with manual paper- and Excel-based registration, no abstract workflow, hand-counted session attendance, and cumbersome CE verification and transcript delivery—creating logistical bottlenecks and extra third-party costs.

The changes saved hundreds of hours, boosted app adoption to 82%, increased attendance by 42%, grew conference revenue by 73%, helped double membership since 2016, and improved sponsor/exhibitor reporting and satisfaction.
