A Cvent Case Study
LexisNexis, a provider of legal, business research, and risk management services, needed to pivot its annual Advancing Leadership Conference from an in-person to fully virtual format during the global health crisis. With a tight timeline and an existing RELX tech stack, the team required a reliable, all-in-one virtual event platform that would integrate with their registration system and support varied session types and networking.
They implemented the Cvent Virtual Attendee Hub integrated with Cvent Event Management, using livestreamed plenaries, embedded Q&A, Zoom breakouts, and interactive networking features. The three-day event drew 289 registrations from 322 invitees, 270 live attendees (93.4% attendance), and 3,280 session participants overall, earning positive attendee feedback and driving increased demand for future virtual events.
