ISACA New England, a regional chapter of the global professional association serving information systems governance, risk, security and audit professionals (2,200+ members), had to convert its annual IT Audit, Risk, Security Expo & AGM to a virtual format on a tight timeline due to the 2020 health crisis. The chapter needed a platform that could run 22 concurrent sessions, manage 15 sponsors and exhibitors, track attendance to award 7 CPE credits, and capture attendee data across 363 registrants.

The event achieved strong engagement and metrics: 301 live participants (83% show rate), over 500 total logins (87% login rate), 1,393 recording downloads/views, 112 live Q&A submissions, and detailed exhibitor reports—allowing CPE tracking, improved sponsor lead generation, and positive attendee feedback.
