Fox World Travel, a national leader in corporate and incentive travel with over 60 years of experience, faced a last‑minute crisis when a large accounting client nearly canceled its in‑person conference due to the Omicron surge just days before the event. With an existing partnership and technology stack from Cvent, Fox needed a rapid, reliable way to preserve the program and deliver a seamless attendee experience.
Partnering with Cvent professional services and using the Attendee Hub, Fox reconfigured the agenda, canceled 539 hotels and flights, built 25 hybrid sessions, and enabled polls, Q&A and Discussions to recreate the conference virtually in days. The result: 533 virtual attendees, a 97% attendance rate and 1,029 total Attendee Hub logins, plus on‑demand reporting and strong data security to measure event performance.
