ETM consolidated program data in Cvent’s MeetingHub SMMP, formed a crisis team, captured milestone and cancellation details, and redesigned workflows and a single dynamic Meeting Request Form to close data gaps. The integrated approach enabled on-demand cross-event reporting and faster decisions, delivering $46.75M in verified savings, under 5% sunk costs, and a reduction in planning statuses from 27 to 9 (≈66% reduction), while streamlining processes for virtual, hybrid and in-person events.
