Royal Sonesta San Juan, a beachfront hotel in Puerto Rico, needed to modernize how it attracts and serves meeting planners after travel disruptions and a fast-paced return to events. The results: 428 RFPs in 2022 (a 122% increase), awarded RFPs and awarded value rising dramatically (awarded RFPs +425%, value +397%), a 100% response rate, and strong planner engagement with 3D room visits, driving more group business and internal efficiency.
