DPR Construction is a privately held, employee-owned, multibillion-dollar general contractor that builds technically complex projects across advanced technology, life sciences, health care, higher education and corporate markets. To preserve its strong office culture and high employee engagement, DPR needed a flexible, customizable survey solution that could reach field staff at 19 locations (many without regular computer access), support multiple languages, and act as an extension of a time‑pressed HR team.

DPR selected Cvent Web Surveys, which delivered email, on-site kiosk and unique-URL access in English and Spanish, protected anonymity, and full-service support from Cvent’s Professional Services Group to run surveys and generate regional dashboards. The program achieved a 95% average response rate, helped lower turnover well below industry averages, and contributed to DPR’s repeated placement on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” (peaking at #10 in 2014).
