The Westin Copley Place in Boston — an 803-room property with about 54,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and a recent $45M renovation — faced a sudden marketing challenge after Marriott’s acquisition of Starwood removed co-funding for its 3‑Diamond Cvent placement.
