BBYO is an 80,000‑member Jewish teen movement that runs hundreds of face‑to‑face events each year, including a 4,000‑person International Convention, but had no dedicated events team. The platform enabled a branded app and beacon‑driven experiences, improved reporting for sponsors and donors, and let the existing staff scale programming—driving a 182% increase in registrations (2012–2016), a 434% jump in app logins, management of 300 sessions and speakers, and 1,000 registrations in the first eight minutes.
