AK Consulting leaned on a 14‑year partnership with Cvent and adopted its integrated suite (Event Management, CrowdCompass, Attendee Hub, Video tools, Onsite solutions and Virtual Event 360) to produce high‑quality virtual and hybrid experiences. They were the first to deploy the Attendee Hub for a 3,500+‑attendee, four‑day conference with 92 livestream sessions, integrated networking and an exhibit hall, and used dual‑factor authentication and on‑demand content for hybrid audiences. The results included higher participation and stronger client retention—key wins included a 25% increase in attendance for one client and 550+ attendees at a hybrid event.
