Graduate Hotels is a fast-growing boutique brand built around college-town character and experience-driven travel. Since launching in 2014 the chain has expanded rapidly (41 hotels planned by 2024) but faced a shifting market: travelers and planners want highly visual, local experiences, teams must do more with less, and the brand needed to clearly communicate unique spaces to busy or inexperienced event buyers.

By partnering with Cvent and adopting tools like Photo-Realistic 3D, Event Diagramming, Instant Book, Business Intelligence, Planner Navigator, and Smart Custom Proposals, Graduate made its spaces easy to visualize and faster to book. The results: 5,000+ RFPs handled annually with a nearly perfect response rate and average response time of just over ten hours, a 67% bid rate, more than $11M in awarded RFP value in 2023, and nearly 4,000 event diagrams created—freeing staff to focus on high-value business.
