Administrate, a training management software vendor, needed a simple way for training companies and internal training teams to capture delegate satisfaction—especially for short or ongoing courses where a “lighter touch” was preferable. Customer Thermometer provided the solution by offering its training satisfaction survey and one-click feedback buttons that Administrate customers had already been asking about.
Customer Thermometer worked with the Administrate team to build a simple integration: Administrate users paste the Customer Thermometer code into the triggers area to automatically send one-click surveys after a course finishes. The surveys work on any device and deliver real-time email alerts for negative feedback, giving Administrate customers quicker, higher-quality insight into course performance and the ability to respond to issues immediately.
