ThoughtWorks is a global software consultancy of nearly 5,000 “ThoughtWorkers” with a highly decentralized structure and 41 offices across 14 countries. That autonomy created challenges in delivering a consistent employee experience: feedback was often anecdotal, internal forms had low participation, and exit insights were being missed—especially important as people move between offices or client sites.

ThoughtWorks adopted Culture Amp to run regular “health checks” for project teams and standardized exit surveys, giving the 12 Heads of People and program leads a single, data-driven platform to surface trends and share actionable feedback with managers.
