Culture Amp helped Udemy build its “Feedback is Fuel” program through annual engagement surveys, quarterly pulse surveys, exit surveys, and planned onboarding surveys. The company shared results broadly and used them to guide action plans, leading to above-benchmark participation, consistently strong feedback volume, and a 21-point increase in employees who felt leadership communicated a motivating vision after targeted improvements.
