Udemy, a global learning company with more than 650 employees, faced the challenge of keeping employee engagement high and maintaining a consistent culture during rapid growth and change. Culture Amp helped Udemy build its “Feedback is Fuel” program through annual engagement surveys, quarterly pulse surveys, exit surveys, and planned onboarding surveys. The company shared results broadly and used them to guide action plans, leading to above-benchmark participation, consistently strong feedback volume, and a 21-point increase in employees who felt leadership communicated a motivating vision after targeted improvements.
