Culture Amp helped Taboola revamp performance management with real-time feedback, regular one-to-ones, quarterly goal-setting, and twice-yearly feedback discussions supported by self-reflection and manager feedback. The result was a stronger learning and development experience: engagement scores for L&D rose 4%, the view that Taboola is a great place to grow increased 5%, and other career-growth measures improved by 3–4%.
