How Snooze A.M. Eatery scales culture for frontline team members

Snooze A.M. Eatery, a fast-growing breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain with mostly frontline employees, needed a better way to scale its culture and collect employee feedback as it expanded beyond Colorado. Before working with Culture Amp, the company relied on word-of-mouth and manual outreach, which made it difficult to gather consistent data, understand engagement issues, and keep up with personal touch points across 57 locations.

Snooze partnered with Culture Amp to build a central employee engagement platform using pulse surveys, onboarding check-ins, DEI surveys, and Kiosk Mode for frontline access. Culture Amp also helped Snooze turn survey insights into action plans and manager guides, leading to 10–15 manual hours saved per week, a 20% increase in career development scores among sous chefs, and a 5% increase in management engagement scores.
