With no clear measurement in place, HR and leadership struggled to understand the root causes of employee friction and insecurity, so Scout24 turned to Culture Amp’s employee engagement platform for better data and benchmarking.
Culture Amp helped Scout24 launch regular engagement surveys, share results quickly, and equip managers to lead follow-up conversations with their teams. The approach boosted survey participation from about 75% to the upper 80s, strengthened manager ownership, and helped Scout24 focus on leadership culture and learning and development; in Germany, favorable scores for regular manager feedback improved by 33 percentage points over two years.
