With Culture Amp, Robidus gained real-time survey data and stronger analysis tools that helped it act on employee feedback quickly. The company revamped onboarding, strengthened leadership communication, introduced more training and development focus, and expanded pulse, wellbeing, and exit surveys. The impact was measurable: engagement rose from 61% in 2021 to 73% in 2023, turnover fell from 16% to 10.5%, and sickness dropped from 6% to 4.5%.
