Rapido Solutions Group, a fast-growing nearshore staffing company for logistics firms, faced a trust problem in its employee feedback process as it scaled rapidly from 30 to over 600 employees. After an earlier survey tool undermined anonymity and participation, Rapido turned to Culture Amp to rebuild confidence in engagement surveys and get more accurate insight into employee experience.
With Culture Amp, Rapido relaunched surveys with greater transparency, used results to drive follow-up focus groups, and implemented structured biweekly 1-on-1s for managers. The impact included survey participation rising from about 60% to 87% and then 88%, engagement scoring more accurately at 82% and later improving to 84%, and over 7,000 1-on-1s conducted by March 2023. Rapido also redesigned perks, improved client recognition guidelines, and expanded career development programs based on employee feedback.
