A Culture Amp Case Study
PATH, a global nonprofit focused on advancing health equity, needed a better way to collect representative, actionable employee feedback across its 30 offices and 70 countries. Its existing surveys were mostly qualitative, inconsistent across teams, and lacked demographic detail, making it difficult to support global DEI initiatives and understand the experiences of underrepresented groups. To address this, PATH partnered with Culture Amp and used Culture Amp Engage to gather more inclusive engagement data.
Culture Amp helped PATH implement customized surveys, reporting, HRIS integration with Workday, and heatmap visualizations to uncover gaps in engagement and inclusion. As a result, PATH saved time on manual data collection and was able to focus on action, while improving internal team diversity scores by 7 points, increasing perceptions of fair compensation by 5 points, and lifting equal-opportunity scores by 5 points. Culture Amp also helped PATH reach 75% staff engagement, 92% pride in working at PATH, and 82% belonging, with several metrics outperforming nonprofit benchmarks.
