Culture Amp helped oOh!media move to continuous feedback with tailored engagement surveys, half-yearly pulse checks, and automated performance check-ins in one system. The result was more consistent listening and action across teams, survey completion rates consistently above 80%, average engagement scores of 80% during COVID-19 pulse checks, and wellbeing scores in the 90s. Culture Amp also helped the company identify key improvement areas — communication, change management, and cross-functional collaboration — and respond faster during the pandemic.
