On, the Swiss performance sportswear brand, was growing rapidly across a global workforce and needed a more formal, data-backed diversity and inclusion strategy. As the company expanded, it wanted to ensure employees around the world felt valued, heard, and included, and turned to Culture Amp’s Employee Engagement solution to better understand its culture and D&I challenges.

With Culture Amp, On used engagement surveys and analytics to shape a four-part D&I strategy focused on education, talent acquisition, inclusion groups, and social impact. The results included 86% of leaders feeling confident about their role in building inclusion, 83% of employees saying their managers promote an inclusive environment, 83% feeling they can be authentic at work, and 47% of leadership being women.
