As the company expanded, it wanted to ensure employees around the world felt valued, heard, and included, and turned to Culture Amp’s Employee Engagement solution to better understand its culture and D&I challenges.
With Culture Amp, On used engagement surveys and analytics to shape a four-part D&I strategy focused on education, talent acquisition, inclusion groups, and social impact. The results included 86% of leaders feeling confident about their role in building inclusion, 83% of employees saying their managers promote an inclusive environment, 83% feeling they can be authentic at work, and 47% of leadership being women.
